The licensure program to regulate appraisal management companies in Virginia cannot be regulated until the Real Estate Appraiser Board's Final Regulations are approved by the Governor's Office. We do not have a timeframe for implementation because there is no deadline for that approval. When implemented, the following form can be used by AMCs to apply for registration:
